SO I have several headers I need to set for a backend JS application that I'm rewriting to.
The Devs of the application aren't familiar with IIS (no surprise there) so I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get this application to work via IIS reverse proxy.
I have several other apps that work great using AAR and Rewrite so IIS is set up right, just need some help customizing these rewrite rules for this particular webapp.
I'm a bit confused on the process, as do these go into server variables and then into the OUTBOUND rewrite rule? Preconditions?
proxy_set_header Host $http_host;
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
Any help or inside would be great!
